  1. Thanks for the info. I already bought a plane ticket, but I had fever last night. I hope I’ll get well so I can really attend. The topics are very interesting and I don’t want to miss them.

    • Take a couple of aspirin and please notify me (via comment) when you’re already at the Punta Villa Resort conference hall on the 16th, hobnobbing with most every conferee and exchanging pleasantries and info! You think you can do me a tremendous favor by requesting the presenters of papers, posters, etc., to email their MLE materials (as attachments) to for publication in Multilingual Philippines? Will be much obliged… Those papers, as you can appreciate, have to be made accessible to everyone interested in them on the pages of this website. There’s a wider audience out there — like teachers, students, parents, LGUs and NGO stakeholders, researchers, even the international audience, who were unable to physically attend the Iloilo City MTBMLE confab. If you could collect hard copies or Internet links of the papers and share them with Multilingual Philippines, that would be just GRRRRREATTTT! We’ll make sure to publish ’em!
